Position Description

Cleaning of jet engine parts using a variety of methods.

Position Summary

This position entails cleaning of jet engine parts using chemicals and dry blasting techniques and upkeep of cleaning room area. Must be able to read and understand Manufacturer’s Standard Practice Manual for cleaning processes and ensure that all cleaning material and supplies are ordered in a timely manner.

Position Location and Schedule

Full-time, first-shift position at AVMATS Engine Support.

• Monday - Friday
• 7am to 3:30pm
• Overtime time available as needed

Required Qualifications

• Have proper hand tools to complete the work assigned.
• Ability to multi-task and complete tasks with speed and accuracy.
• Be able to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands/arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• High school diploma or GED.
